• I/We fully understand that hotel facilities/services may not be fully operational
• I/We fully understand that my/our own travel insurance may be invalid when travelling against FCDO advice.
• I/We covenant not to commence any proceedings against Mercury Holidays and/or its suppliers in any jurisdiction in respect of any matter arising from travelling against FCDO advice.
